Chicken Wings Soup with Potatoes


1/2 kg Chicken wings

3 to 6 medium potatoes {peeled and sliced in halves}

1 medium carrot {peeled and chopped into small bites}

Peas to taste

Fresh Chili to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon ginger

Black pepper powder to taste

1 teaspoon Garam Masala

Salt to tasteLemon Juice to taste


A} Put everything in a pan or pressure cooker. Make sure the water is at least 3 inches above/covering the meat.

B} Boil until everything is well cooked / done, add water if is necessary

D} Adjust salt and pepper

E} Serve the soup with buns, rolls, bread, chapati, plain boiled rice or serve just the soup on its own —> whichever way you prefer.
