A} Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4
B} Butter 7 inches cake tin
C} Put the eggs and sugar into a large bowl with the milk, oil, vanilla extract and 237.5g of the flour
D} Whisk with electric whisk for one to two minutes or until smooth
E} Pour half of the mixture into a separate bowl and stir in 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder set aside. In the other bowl, mix the cocoa and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, add bit by bit milk as required {in case if the mixture is a thicker coz of cocoa}
F} Spoon two tablespoons of the plain mixture into the centre of the cake tin, straight away spoon two tablespoons of the chocolate mixture on top.
G} Continue doing this until all the mixture has been used, you will end up with lots of alternate rings of mixture in the tin. Don’t worry if it’s not very neat.
