400 g Chocolate bars {It can be milk or dark chocolate} or use chocolate chips
400 ml of double cream

A} Break the chocolate into pieces or use chocolate chips
B} Put the saucepan on the stove on a very low heat and add the double cream straight away
C} Add in the broken chocolates
D} Start stirring and you will see the chocolates start to melt. Melt them on a low heat, gently until all chocolates are well melted. Make sure you stir until all pieces are melted
E} Set aside to get thick or right consistency, this can take up to 24 hours. Allow it to cool and thicken to a piping consistency. If you live in a hot country, then you can use a fridge, but be careful not to leave it to long in the fridge it otherwise it may too thicker and it will be very hard to work with.
