Easy And Yummy Cabbage Fritters

Cabbage Fritters

Serves 2

Ingredients:

Cabbage(roughly chopped)-1cup
Onion(chopped)-1/2 cup
Potato-1/2cup
Green chilies-2
Cottage cheese-100 g
Coriander leaves- (a handful)
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Dried mango powder-1 tsp
Dried pomegranate seeds-1tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Yoghurt-1/2cup
Gram flour-1/2cup
All purpose flour -2 tbsp
Method:
A} Mix all ingredients in a bowl, blend to form a thick paste.

B} Check out if it’s too thick add a little water and if too loose add a little flour (gram flour or plain flour)

C} Heat oil in a pan, apply some oil on your palms and make fritters in any shape you want.

D} Fry from both sides, once they are golden drain on tissue paper for excess oil.
Serve hot with Mint chutney.
