A} Peel a few tangerines and separate the wedges.
B}Lay out a piece of wax paper on a plate or just on the counter.
C}Take a handful or two of chocolate chips and put them in a small microwavable bowl. Make sure it will be deep enough to submerge half of a tangerine wedge.
D} Nuke it on medium power for about a minute, stir and repeat until it’s smooth.
E} Dip a wedge in the chocolate and place on the wax paper.
F} Once all your wedges are dipped, put them in the fridge for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooled.
G} Pieces should come off the wax paper easily.
H} Serve on a plate.
