Ingredients For Black Seed shake:
1/2 cup (approximately 7 to 9 dates) pitted dates
1 glass cup / cold milk
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 to 1 teaspoon black seeds

Ingredients For Rooh Afza Syrup shake:
1/2 cup (approximately 7 to 9 dates) pitted dates
1 / glass cup / cold milk
3-4 ice cubes

Ingredients For Date And Honey
1/2 cup (approximately 7 to 9 dates) pitted dates
1 / glass cup / cold milk
1 teaspoon honey

A} remove the date seeds in the middle
B} Sock dates in milk at least 4 to 6 hours or overnight {Sock in the bowls}
C} In a blender, process the dates and 1/4 cup milk at high speed until smooth.
D} Pour into chilled glass and decorate as decorate as desirable
E} Serve with ice cubes / serve them while cold

Chocolate Date Shake: Add 1 1/2 teaspoons chocolate syrup.
