How To Make Coriander Bread

4 mug cups all-purpose flour (strong flour), sifted
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoons salt or to taste
2 Eggs
1 big onion, finely chopped
1 branch coriander {1 full cup}, chopped
1 teaspoon yeast
1 And 1/2 to 2 cups cold water {Add bit by bit until you get the right dough, I mean right size, not too heavy and not to sticky}
3 tablespoons ghee or oil or mixed ghee and oil {very hot}
Cooking oil or ghee for cooking
2 tablespoon and extra for cooking

A} Put flour in a mixing bowl, add coriander leaves, onions, salt and mix together
B} Add yeast and mix well, then add eggs and mix properly
C} Slowly mix in enough warm water to make thick dough, but not as thick as chapati, it should be a little bit sticky
D} Knead the dough for a few minutes, while adding a few spoons of dry flour if needed, Kneed it for about 5 minutes or until well mixed
E} Add 2 tablespoons of oil and knead for like a minute or so
F} Grease your tray
G} Divide the dough into equal orange-sized balls and put in the greased tray
H} Roll out one coriander dough at a time on a floured surface so they don’t stick on the working surface while flatten them into 4 to 5 -inch circles
I} Now heat the frying pan until hot at first, then once you start frying you can reduce heat so the coriander bread won’t burn
J} Put your first rolled coriander onto the frying pan in a meanwhile roll the next piece so that when one is done, you are ready to cook another piece
K} Turn the piece of coriander bread around when it’s brown as seen in the video
L} Once both sides are brown, add a teaspoon {if necessary you can use tablespoon} oil and keep turning until both sides are golden brown
M} Cover the finished coriander bread, but put a kitchen towel / paper to absorb water that has been created by moisture until they are all done.
N} Serve with any curry of your choice, soup, or stew or you can have it with tea in the morning as a breakfast or on its own as a snack.
