Chicken 1/2 Kg
Salt to 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Black Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper seeds 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon to taste
Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Garam Masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger paste 3/4 teaspoon
Garlic Paste 3/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves to taste
A} Take a pot and put chicken, salt, ginger garlic paste, ginger paste and all the spices
B} Add water and cover it with a lid, cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
C} After a while add in coriander leaves and let it continue to cook as seen in the video
D} When the chicken is almost cooked, stir it so that the spices should be mixed very well.
E} Simmer it on medium flame for about 2 to 3 minutes
F} After that remove the lid and then stir it
G} Turn off the flame, remove the lid and serve it, your Black Pepper Chicken is Ready.
