How To Make Mabungo Juice

Jinsi Ya Kutengeneza Juisi Ya Na Mabungo

1/2 to 3/4 cup Mabungo seeds
1/2 cup Sugar or to taste
1//2 Pineapple and chopped {about 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups}
1.5 to 2 litre Water
1/2 cup ice cubes

A} Peel pineapple and chop it into small pieces
B} In a blender, add pineapple pieces and the mabungo seeds, sugar, ice cubes, water and blend until you get the juice out of the seeds.
C} Next sieve the mixture. Keep the juice aside. If you feel the scraps still have some juicy flesh, add some more water and blend the scraps again.
D} Sieve again and discard the scraps.
E} Mix the first batch and second batch juices and refrigerate.
F} Serve cold.
