Yummy Chicken And Vegetable Spring Rolls

2kg Minced Chicken
1 Mixed Vegetables
1 large spring onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
Roll wrappers as required (I bought mine)
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste (optional)
2 to 3 tablespoons of flour
Enough water as needed (For cooking mince and for mixing flour as a sealer}
Oil for frying

A) Put a pot on a cooker and add clean minced chicken
B} Add ginger and garlic, then add in salt, chilli powder and garam masala. Finally add  enough water, not too much coz chicken mince produce water as it cooks.
C) Bring to the boil until all water is almost dry, and then add mixed vegetables.
D} Bring to the boil until all water is completely dry
G) Let it cool down, don’t overcook it
H) Mix flour with water and make a paste (in a cup or a small bowl)
I) Take the roll sheets, place 1 tablespoon of mixture at the corner on each sheet (do this one at a time)
J) Fold it in roll shape and seal the edges with flour paste {As seen in the video}
K) Repeat the process with the remaining ones
L) Heat the oil in a big pan and deep fry the rolls till they are golden brown Serve them with your favourite dip

Tip—» You can make more spring rolls, freeze them and fry them whenever you want.
