Ingredients:
1/2 large Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
Salt to taste
Method
A} slice your cabbage {thinly sliced}, wash and then drain well.
B} Heat the oil in a pot or wok or large frying pan
C} Add chopped onion and fry for a minute or until beginning to turn light brown.
D} Now add the garlic and black pepper and cook for 1 minute.
E} Toss in the cabbage and stir-fry over the highest heat for 2-4 minutes
F} Serve with ugali or any food of your choice.

Tip:
Please do not overcook it; you need your cabbage to have a bit crunchiness
