Ingredients:
500g unsalted butter
1 kg icing sugar
1 to 2 tablespoon of Milk if need, but not necessary

Tools:
Electric whisk (Machine}

Method:
A} Softened the butter room temp, really soft without melting, and then beat butter until looks pearl
B} Add in sifted icing sugar then carry on whisking until thick and smooth {Piping consistency}
C} Now your frosting is ready to be used

You can use this buttercream for birthday cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, and all sort of special occasion cakes. This frost is very easy to make as you can see from the video. You can also make cake toppings like beautiful flowers or any cute piping toppings. This icing sugar is very beautiful and yummy.
