Homemade Delicious Chicken Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls (2)

2 chicken breasts cut into thin slices (shredded chicken is the best)
1carrot, julienne cut or shredded (optional)
2 onions fine chopped
1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
Roll wrappers as required (I bought mine)
Salt to taste
Chilli powder to taste (optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 capsicum, julienne cut {Optional}
2 tablespoons of oil
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons of flour
Oil for frying

A) Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan
B) Sauté garlic and ginger in it
C) Add chicken and fry it till it changes its colour
D) Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water and carrots (carrot is optional)
E) Bring to the boil until all water is completely dry
F) Add all capsicum, salt, and black pepper
G) Mix it well. Let it cool down, don’t overcook it
H) Mix flour in the egg and make a paste (in a cup or a small bowl)
I) Take the roll sheets, Put a little of mixture on each sheet (do this one at a time)
J) Fold it in roll shape and seal the edges with egg mixture
K) Repeat the process with the remaining ones
L) Heat the oil in a big pan and deep fry the rolls till they are golden brown Serve them with your favourite dip

Tip—» You can make more spring rolls, freeze them and fry them whenever you want.
