Homemade Grilled Honey chicken Wings



9-11 cleaned chicken wings
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoon bbq sauce
1 tablespoon nando’s periperi sauce
1 tablespoon light soya sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Chilli powder to taste and optional {if u like very spicy wings)
2 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste


A} Clean the wings first

B} Marinate the wings in all the ingredients for at least 4-5 hours or overnight.

C} Line your baking tray with foil and arrange the wings.

D} Turn on the oven grill to max and grill for about 10 minutes, then reduce the heat slightly and continue grilling for another 8 to 10 minutes.

E} Remove the wings, turn them over and grill the other side for another 15 minutes. Don’t darken the wings, they should remain slightly moist, but you can add on the cooking time if you find them not done the way you prefer.
