Spicy Grilled Baby Chicken: Kuku wa Kuchoma

Grilled Baby Chicken {Kuku waku Choma}

1/2 of baby chicken skinless, {cut into 2 big pieces}
1/2 teaspoon chili powder or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
less than 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garam masala or to taste
1/2 garlic paste
1/2 ginger paste
Salt to taste

A) Wash & dry by using paper towel
B) With a sharp knife, make a few slashes in each drumstick (optional)
C) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the chicken
D) Add the whole chicken legs, rubbing the mixture well into the chicken
E) Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or overnight
F) prepare grill
G) Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off the excess
H) Cook them on the barbecue for 20-25 minutes or in the grill turning occasionally, until cooked through
Serve the chicken with your favour dish
