Very Tasty Chocolate & Vanilla Marble Cheesecake

Mable cheesecake with Vanilla Ice Cream


1 pack Chocolate and Vanilla Marble Cheesecake Dessert Mix
50g very soft butter 50ml milk or single cream (for rice result)
175g cream cheese
2 digestive biscuits {crushed) optional}

Vanilla and chocolate marble cheesecake

A) pre-heat oven 325F
B) Line a 7 inch (18cm) Sandwich tin with tin foil and grease lightly
C) Empty the biscuit crumbs into a bowl
D) Add 50g of very soft butter
E) Mix until well combined
F) Press down into the lined sandwich tin and compact down to form a base
G) Empty the cheesecake mixes into separate bowls (Chocolate and Vanilla)
H) Add 50ml cold milk or single cream
I) Whisk for 1 minute
J) Now add 175g cream cheese
K) Whisk again until light and smooth
L) Place alternate spoonful of the cheesecake mixes on top the biscuit base (Vanilla & Chocolate)
M) Gently swirl together using a knife
N) Place on a baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 30 to 35 minutes
O) Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin before transferring to a fridge
P) Remove from the tin and serve when thoroughly chilled
