Homemade Fried Fish Trevally : Samaki Wa Kukaanga Recipe

Ingredients:
Trevally Fish {2 pieces}
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon red Chili powder or to taste
1/2 teaspoon Gram Masala powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
1/2 teaspoons lemon juice or to taste
1/2 Onion {Optional}
Oil for frying

Method:
A} Grained the onion {Optional}
B} in a small bowl or cup add salt, chili powder, lemon juice, garam masala powder, garlic & ginger paste and make a smooth paste
C} Spread the paste onto the fish pieces and let it marinate for about an hour or more
D} Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces on both sides till golden brown.
E} Fried Fish is ready and serve warm
