How To Make Delicous Chapati Omelette

Jinsi Ya Kupika Chapati Omelette

Ingredients
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 Chapati/ paratha click here for recipe
1/4 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
14 to 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method:
A} Heat a little of the oil in a non-stick frying pan measuring about 1 tablespoon or 20cm.
B} Mix all the bell peppers and salt. Swirl in a half of the beaten egg, tipping the pan to cover the base
C} Add chapati or paratha and cook for 1 minute or until the base is well cooked and golden.
D} Flip the chapati omelette on a plate
E} Grease the pan again and add the rest of the egg mixture
F} Put the chapati in the pan, make sure you put on the other side where {un cooked with egg}, tipping the pan to cover the base
G} Serve warm with hot or cold drink or on its own
Enjoy!

Note
Make sure the pan is kept in low flame, because the chapati is already cooked and there is a chance that it gets burnt if the flame is high.
Can try variations by adding onions, fresh chillies, coriander, baby spinach leaves, cheese, tomato, coriander leaves, cheese etc…
You can also roll this into a wrap. You can have chapati omelette with cold or hot drink as a breakfast or you can have it with grilled stuff like chicken, BBQ etc as lunch or dinner.
