How To Make Fluffy And Light Sponge Cake

Jinsi Ya Kutengeneza Na Kuoka Mkate Wa Mayai Rahisi

Ingredients:
13 eggs
half cup sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Pinapple or any falavour of your choice
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 to 1 and a quarter cups flour.

Method
A} In a mixer add the eggs, sugar, vanilla, pinapple flavour and whip on high until the mixture has tripled or even more on size and is fluffy.
B} Sieve the flour and add in the bowl plus the baking powder, fold the flour in and do not whip.
C} Cake is ready when toothpick comes out clean.
E} Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes
F} Remove it from the baking tin
G} Serve with hot drink or cold or just as a snack
