
Ingredients:
3 medium Potato
2 and half cups Gram flour or Chick pea flour (besan)
1 teaspoon Red chill powder
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon or to taste
Water – as required
Oil for frying
Method
A} Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, coriander leaves, red chilli powder
B} Then add water and mix it like bajji batter.
C} Peel the potatoes and make thin slices.
D} Dip each potato slices into the gram flour batter.
E} Heat oil to deep fry
F} Put battered potatoes in hot oil and fry them till they get golden brown.
G} Take out on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
H} Serve it hot with chutney or chill sauce or with any sauce of your choice
