Simple And Delicious Oats Porridge – 2 Ways

3/4 Tea cup porridge oats
2 tea cups milk
1 Tea cup water, or a mixture of the two
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste

To Serve With
Powdered milk {Nido} to taste
Fruits of your choice
Clear honey to taste

A} pour in the water in a saucepan
B} Stir in the oats in a saucepan
C} When is getting thick add a cup of milk
D} Add sugar and sprinkle in a pinch of salt
E} Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan
F} To serve, Pour into bowls
G} In one  bowl put fruits of your choice on top and drizzle with honey

In another bowl sprinkle powdered milk to taste on top, Nido powder milk is the best


Different toppings

You can use different types of toppings like:

Fruits — strawberries, bananas, mangoes, Blueberries, raspberries tangerines etc

You can also drizzle with different things like —honey, yoghurt, honey, syrup, nutella

Sprinkle with — different toasted nuts
